💙 A Parent’s Journal: Supporting Your Teen’s Mental Health 💙
As parents, we often wish we had the right tools to recognize the signs that our children are struggling before it’s too late.
A Parent’s Journal for Teen Depression, Anxiety & Mental Health was developed by Michelle and Josh Anderson — JJ’s parents — from their own heartbreaking experience.
This journal includes the tools, questions, observations, and conversation starters they wish they had when they were trying to understand the changes happening in their son JJ’s life.
JJ ultimately made the sudden choice to take his own life. His parents now hope to turn their unimaginable loss into something that can help other families.
💙 This journal is designed to help parents:
• Recognize changes in their teen’s behavior and emotions
• Create meaningful conversations about mental health
• Identify concerns that may otherwise go unnoticed
• Keep track of important observations and warning signs
• Feel more prepared to support their child
• Open the door to conversations that could make a difference
Sometimes, one conversation can change everything.
