🎤 Caleigh provided public comment on Sacramento County's proposed FY 2026–27 budget, highlighting the importance of public safety in supporting economic growth and development.

⚽ Our team connected with members while enjoying an evening at Sacramento Republic FC.

🤝 Andrew attended the State Fair Preview Luncheon, celebrating the upcoming California State Fair alongside regional leaders.

❤️ We welcomed new members at New Member Orientation and shared ways they can maximize their Chamber membership.

😁 Cameron met with Adela from ExactStaff to discuss opportunities for meaningful engagement within Sacramento's business community.

The Sacramento Metro Chamber is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and creative Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the organization’s marketing, communications, brand management, and storytelling efforts.

This position also provides strategic communications counsel to organizational leadership and partners across departments, while leading and developing the Marketing & Communications team. The Director oversees all communications assets, platforms, campaigns, and marketing initiatives, and supports communications efforts for the Sacramento Metro Foundation and Metro PAC.

Another busy week of connecting, collaborating, and championing the Capital Region. Keep reading to learn what we have been up to.

📍 Our team attended State of Tourism luncheon this week. Goldensky and Terra Madre are returning in 2027, the California International Marathon is preparing for a major expansion, IRONMAN Foundation keeps growing, the X Games come to Sacramento later this month, and the Tower Bridge Dinner chef lineup was revealed!

🤝 Robert connected with Jane Einhorn of JE Public Relations, Tom Kane of Tri Counties Bank, and Fred Palmer of the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce to discuss opportunities for collaboration, partnership, and strengthening connections across our business community.

🗳️ Our team was out with partners and Metro PAC Board members for an election night gathering supporting candidates endorsed by the Metro PAC.

We were excited to welcome two new members to the Chamber family this week!

🏗️ HAGGERTY is a high-performance Northern California general contractor specializing in building, restoring, and maintaining commercial properties—from industrial tilt-ups to tenant improvements.

✨ Stage Nine Entertainment is one of California's select Disney Preferred galleries, bringing officially licensed animation art, collectibles, apparel, and pop culture treasures to our region.

🍻 Our team enjoyed connecting with members and partners at this week's After Hours Mixer, hosted by the Chamber. Events like these continue to strengthen relationships and create opportunities for meaningful connections across the Capital Region.
