🌳🦁 It’s not every day that a city park is named in your honor! 🦁🌳
The City of Roseville has officially recognized Lion Bernie Milmoe for more than 40 years of extraordinary philanthropy, leadership, and community service by naming a city park in his honor.
For over 45 years, Lion Bernie has led a remarkable feeding program that has helped provide food to hundreds of families throughout the Roseville area. Working alongside community partners including the Rotary, Masons, Roseville Food Bank, local businesses, service organizations, and countless volunteers, his efforts have resulted in tons of food being distributed to those in need year after year.
Lion Bernie has never sought recognition for his work. Instead, he has quietly dedicated decades of his life to serving others, strengthening our community, and demonstrating what it truly means to be a Lion.
His impact can be measured not only in the food provided, but in the lives touched, the families helped, and the partnerships built throughout the community.
Today, that legacy has become a permanent part of Roseville.
Congratulations, Lion Bernie, on this well-deserved honor. Thank you for your decades of service, compassion, and unwavering commitment to helping others. You have set the standard for service above self and continue to inspire Lions throughout our district and beyond.
🎉 Thank you, Lion Bernie Milmoe! 🎉
