Jordan's Guardian Angels Connecting families with the genetic variation PPP2R5D, PPP2R5C, and PPP2R1A and creating awareness Testing for variation in PPP2R5D was enabled in late 2014.

Almost a decade ago, Jordan’s syndrome came into our lives with more questions than answers.
Back then, the future felt isolating and uncertain.

Last week, we sat in a room with the Shionogi team, researchers, clinicians, and advocates all working together in the name of our children and everyone impacted by Jordan’s syndrome.

We’ve come.

From feeling alone after diagnosis…
to building a community filled with people across every field pushing this work forward with urgency, compassion, and hope.
