When Dr. Paul Hom recognized a critical gap in healthcare access, he took action. In 1971, he founded what is now the Paul Hom Asian Clinic to serve immigrant families in Sacramento facing cultural, linguistic, and financial barriers to care.

More than 50 years later, we continue his vision by providing compassionate primary care and language interpretation services — completely free of charge.

💙 Our Mission Continues Through Health Fair 2026

Health Fair is our largest, student-run annual event hosted in partnership with VN CARES and HLUB Clinic at the UC Davis Medical Center.

Our goal is to serve over 100 patients from the Sacramento community by addressing medical disparities and strengthening community connections. Patients receive free health services including:
✔️ Basic screenings
✔️ Specialty consultations
✔️ Wellness education
✔️ Free food, entertainment, and care bags

FREE HEALTH FAIR - WITH – INTERPRETERS!

🏥🩺On Sunday, March 1st, 2026, our clinic will be holding:
A HEALTH FAIR at UC Davis
At: 4610 X Street, Sacramento, CA 95817
Time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Parking is available at lot number 19

Here, you'll find FREE medical services including: diabetes screening, blood tests, neurological consultations, medication consultations, and dental services (see the image below for more details). In addition, there will be live performances and a raffle for all attendees.

Students from UCD, medical students, and distinguished doctors and professors from UC Davis will be participating in organizing this health fair. All services are FREE! — Interpreters will be available at all examination booths.

We cordially invite all members of the – community in Sacramento and the surrounding areas to participate.
