They served our country. When they came home, they needed a place where their family could feel safe, stable and hopeful about what came next. ❤️

After returning from a 13-month deployment, Patrick and Brianna were navigating the transition home while raising three children, continuing their military service, pursuing their education and searching for affordable housing.

It's Meet Your National Line Officers Monday!

Donna K. Mills was elected to the office of National President of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States (VFW) Auxiliary at its 113th National Convention in Reno, Nevada.

A Life Member of the Standing Stone Auxiliary 1754 in Pennsylvania, she has served the organization in many capacities including Auxiliary, District and Department President, National District Council Member, Eastern Conference Membership Coach and Veterans & Family Support National Ambassador.

Mills joined at age 16 on the eligibility of her grandfather, who served in
the U.S. Army during World War II. She is a retired software engineer who spends much of her spare time indulging in her love of computers and computer programming, reading, watching football and creating cross-stitch and embroidery.
