▪️ Backup batteries or chargers for essential devices
▪️ Spare supplies to keep you going for a few days
▪️ Copies of important documents and emergency contacts

Know the signs! Heavy sweating, muscle cramps, weakness, headache, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, tiredness, or paleness can all be signs of heat-related illness.

TIP: Cool down with cold compresses or a cool shower, and seek medical attention if symptoms become severe.
