Humanitarian Action Network HAN is a mobile nonprofit that provides street-level support to unsheltered individuals in the greater Sacramento area.

Support includes nourishment, clothing, shoes, temporary shelter/tents, bedding, supplies (hygiene, survival, etc), and porta potties.

A HUGE shout out to Alex, Kayla, Kamal, and Maria who showed up in a big way sorting, stuffing, prepping and distributing essentials. Every sock rolled and every bag filled is a step toward comfort, dignity, and hope for our unhoused neighbors. 🧦✨

Huge thanks to all those who generously donated toward bringing warmth and smiles to folks struggling outdoors during this cold and rainy season. Big thanks to Breata and her little elves for baking 100 delicious loaves of bread. There are still so many in need of help in our community. Please consider sending items from our Amazon list.
