Vice Mayor Talamantes shared insights into the proposed Truxel Bridge and its potential to improve connectivity across the American River, while Councilmember Kaplan highlighted developments involving the Railyards, Old Sacramento, Innovation Park and North Natomas Regional Park.

Tomorrow’s Capital Conversations brings local leadership and Sacramento’s business community together for a conversation about the projects shaping our region.

We’ll hear from Vice Mayor Karina Talamantes about the proposed Truxel Bridge and its potential to create a new connection across the American River and improve access for communities north of the river.

🏘️ At KIND South Apartments, we’ll explore how public, private and nonprofit partners came together to create a unique affordable housing community in South Sacramento.

🌱 At the Rancho Cordova Food Locker, we’ll see how collaboration is creating opportunities around food, small business and the local economy.

And these are just two of the stops we have planned.

Join us October 21–22 for the 18th Annual Internal Study Mission as we explore Regional Collaboration: Our Next Chapter and hear directly from the people and organizations shaping our region.
