El Hogar Community Services, Inc. El Hogar Community Services is a non-profit agency that provides mental health services for the community.

El Hogar Community Services provides mental health services for the community. We have several programs and we service children, adults, couples, Seniors and the homeless population. Our SeniorLink Program is a preventative program that seeks out Seniors who are at risk for becoming isolated and depressed. SeniorLink connects them with resources to combat isolation and they also have outings and b

irthday events for the clients. Senior Elder Wellness program is a wrap-around program for those individuals 55 and older with severe mental health issues. Our Regional Service Team sees adults clients age 18 and over for a myriad of mental health issues. The RST also has a variety of group therapy sessions available to their clients. ReferNet sees clients of all ages that are referred by area Dignity Health Hospital Emergency Departments. ReferNet provides brief mental health psychotherapy and linkages to the most appropriate agency for long term mental health care challenges. Whatever your mental health concern is, El Hogar either has a program for you, or can refer you to the appropriate facility for your specific needs.
