Phi Mu has completely transformed my college experience over the past two years in ways I never expected. When I first joined, I never imagined myself taking on a leadership role, let alone becoming social. However, this sisterhood saw something in me before I even saw it in myself. The encouragement, love, and genuine support from these incredible women have helped me grow in confidence, purpose, and passion. Being a part of Phi Mu has given me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and the chance to give back to a chapter that has given me so much. I’m endlessly grateful for every moment, and so proud to call Phi Mu my home.

As I prepare to step into life after college and begin my journey as an accounting professional, I carry with me more than just textbooks and resumes. I carry the heart of Phi Mu. This sisterhood has been my greatest joy, grounding me in love, purpose, and lifelong friendships.

Phi Mu Miracle Makers making miracles happen! We’re thrilled to announce we raised $6,090.01 for UC Davis Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Thank you to all the organizations that participated and we would like to congratulate our two winners Kendall from AXO and Brendon from SAE! Introducing one of our wonderful contestants running for Miracle Maker!

My name is Christian De La O, and I am honored to be running for Phi Mu’s Miracle Maker. This cause is deeply personal to me, as I have a strong passion for supporting children’s health. During my childhood I had 12 surgeries. I spent a considerable amount of time in and out of the children’s hospital, facing challenges that shaped who I am today. Having experienced the struggles and uncertainties that come with being a young patient, I feel a profound connection to this philanthropy. I am eager to raise awareness for CMN hospitals and help bring hope and healing to children and their families during difficult times.

I’m Brendan a brother of Kappa Sigma and a third year transfer student here at Sacramento State majoring in Business Administration. Some things about me is that I enjoy traveling, working out and getting to know others. I’m honored to have this opportunity to be representing Kappa Sigma at Miracle Maker. The reason I decided to run for miracle maker is because I wanted to help support and raise awareness to an amazing cause CMN Hospital. Being able to help kids in need just fills my heart especially since UC Davis hospital is so local. Competing in the Miracle Maker pageant is a great Opportunity for me to bond and get to know the sisters of Phi Mu. I hope to make amazing memories and have fun along the way!

Philanthropy has always been a passion of mine, and having the opportunity to help raise money for such an incredible cause while giving back to our community is something I deeply value. Phi Mu has shown us so much support during our own Philo events, and I believe it’s important to reciprocate that dedication. I decided to run for Miracle Maker because one of my best friends in Phi Mu, Jordan, had always expressed to me before I came here how amazing the women of Phi Mu are.
