I-CAN provides services, free of charge, to victims of crime in Sacramento, throughout the state of California and across the country that include counseling, advocacy, accompaniment to court and parole hearings, resources and referrals, assistance in applying for victim compensation funds and general inform

ation. Additionally, I-CAN provides training and seminars on a variety of subjects including crime prevention and risk reduction and victim sensitivity.
