I-CAN is based in Sacramento, California and supports victims of violent crime.Our mission is to support, educate and empower those impacted by crime.

I-CAN is a crime victims assistance organization based in California. We are here to help. I-CAN provides services, free of charge, to victims of crime in Sacramento, throughout the state of California and across the country that include counseling, advocacy, accompaniment to court and parole hearings, resources and referrals, assistance in applying for victim compensation funds and general information. Additionally, I-CAN provides training and seminars on a variety of subjects including crime prevention and risk reduction and victim sensitivity.
