Hey Pony Express families!

Just a quick reminder that our first PTA meeting of the year is tonight at 6 PM in the library.

If you can make it in person, we’d really love to see you there so we can get the year started together, share what’s coming up, and talk about ways to get involved. Bring the family — we’ll have pizza, snacks, and a charcuterie board too.

If you can’t make it in person, no worries at all — you can join us on Zoom. Login has been send via parent square.

Hope to see a bunch of you tonight at 6! 💙🐴

Just a friendly reminder that our PTA General Meeting is this Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM in the Pony Express Library!

We’d love to have you join us in person, but we’ll also have a Zoom option available for anyone who can’t make it to campus.

In Person
• Time: 6:00 PM
• Location: Pony Express Library
• Entrance: You may enter through the cafeteria if the front office is closed.
• Childcare: Available in the kinder yard
• Dinner: Light dinner and refreshments will be provided for families attending in person! Pizza + Charcuterie board by Loraine Enriquez :)

Join Us on Zoom! (Details were emailed and on parent square message)

Since it’s the first PTA meeting of the school year, I’d make it feel much more like an invitation to be part of what you’re building:

We really hope you can join us for our first PTA meeting of the year. One of our biggest goals this year is to build an active, connected PTA where every family feels like there’s a way to be involved.

We also know involvement looks different for everyone. Some of you may be able to join us in person, others may call in by Zoom, and some may not be able to attend every meeting but can show up, volunteer, or lend a hand when our school events and students need it most. It all matters.

This first meeting is a chance to come together, hear what’s ahead for the year, ask questions, share ideas, and start building the kind of PTA and school community we want for our kids.

We’re excited for what we can accomplish together this year. Hope to see you tomorrow!

Our first in-person PTA meeting is Wednesday, August 19, from 6:00–7:00 PM!

Bring the whole family! Child care will be available, and we’ll have light bites and refreshments to enjoy during the meeting.

Whether you’re already a PTA member or haven’t signed up yet, everyone is welcome to come! We’ll be going over our budget, upcoming plans for the school year, and ways you can get involved. Bring your questions, ideas, and your voice — we’d love to hear from you!

We’re currently at 43 PTA members, including teachers, and we’d love to reach — or beat — last year’s 63 members!
