MAJOR VICTORY! AB 762 (Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin) has officially been signed into law by Governor Newsom!

This California Product Stewardship Council , Californians Against Waste, CALPIRG , and RethinkWaste co-sponsored bill bans the sale of single-use disposable vapes in California. See our statement on his signature here.
