Her Health First Her Health First is committed to a community that prioritizes women’s health care, specifically for women of color.

Our support programs provide women invaluable resources during three key stages of life: adolescence, pregnancy, and motherhood. Center for Community Health & Well-Being, Inc. (CCHWB) is more than your everyday non-profit. Although there are many organizations in the community that offer healthcare and social support services, the thing that truly sets us apart is the personal connection we establ

ish with every individual who walks through our doors. Through our Black Mothers United program our Personal Advocates are building nurturing relationships with pregnant African American women, helping them ensure their babies are born as healthy as possible. In addition, CCHWB is a subcontractor of Safe Sleep Baby which provides pregnant mothers with recommendations for infant safe sleep, statistics on infant sleep related deaths, and gives free Pack N Play's to those in greatest need. Lastly, our Girls on the Rise program encourages high school-aged women of color to become champions for both their communities and themselves.
