Dear ACCE Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that it is time for our Association of Community and Continuing Education Board nominations. For the coming year, we have four positions up for election:

1. Community Education Council Leader.
2. Continuing Education Council Leader.
3. Treasurer
4. Secretary/Historian.

All are 2-year terms. You can find the roles and duties of each position in our ACCE By-Laws.​ Nominees must be current ACCE members who are willing to dedicate time and effort toward promoting ACCE's mission of advocacy and development of professional communities in noncredit and community education.

Please email me (Frances DeNisco) at [email protected] with "ACCE Nomination" in the subject line by Friday May 3. Include the following information:

Statement of Qualifications (200-word max):

If there are more than two nominees for a position, a nominating committee will select up to two nominees to forward as candidates for each position. The committee will secure the permission of the nominees prior to including them in the ballot and the election will be held electronically in mid-May. We will use the ACCE Listserv dedicated to members only for voting. Elected Board members will be announced in early June and assume their official duties on July 1, 2019.
