Healthy aging is active aging. ❤️

As we get older, maintaining muscle strength and balance can make everyday activities easier and help support independence.

Regular movement doesn't have to be complicated. Safe, consistent strength and balance activities can make a meaningful difference over time.

Keep moving, keep building strength and celebrate what your body can do.

Strength can support everyday movement, balance and independence.

• Chair sit-to-stands

• Wall push-ups

Start slowly, focus on safe movement and stability, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or sharp pain.

Small, consistent steps can help keep us moving. 💪
