Life handed us lemons. We are busy making lemonade. Our website host has been down for three days and they aren't sure when they will have it fixed. We have collected our most essential links and info at farmtoeveryfork.org

If there is a resource or link that you need from our website that we haven't included, please let us know at [email protected]

We appreciate your patience!

**Oak Park Art Garden Community Impact Update**

On Thursday, July 2nd from 9:00am-1:00pm there will be temporary traffic impacts along Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Oak Park - just north of the 12th/14th Avenue intersection - as a large crane and truck enter/exit the construction site.

There will not be any full road closures for the day, but there will be minor delays navigating the area during this time.

We apologize for any impact this has on your day and appreciate the enthusiasm and support the community has shown over the last two months as major construction has commenced.

Alchemist CDC is so excited to be moving forward on this project and can't wait to invite you all to enjoy the updated Oak Park Art Garden with us soon!

Thank you to Covered California Executive Team for celebrating Big Day of Giving with us at the Oak Park Art Garden this morning!

We are thrilled to be working with local artist Leon Willis on an 80 foot mural as part of our long-awaited updates to this beloved, central Oak Park corner.

Today's volunteers helped prep the mural for Saturday's Community Mural Paint Day and brought the BDOG spirit with them!

Tomorrow is the Big Day of Giving! Become an early donor now to help us meet our goal at https://www.bigdayofgiving.org/organization/AlchemistCDC

Alchemist Community Development Corporation is grassroots in the truest sense, so we depend on donors just like you to help us serve our community. For 22 years, we have planted ourselves in Sacramento's most under-served communities, because we believe that food is essential to creating equity and community. Today those roots reach far into Sacramento’s neighborhoods with diverse programs. From farmers' markets to shared kitchens, food entrepreneurs creating their businesses, families getting groceries where the system falls short, and neighbors turning empty lots into gathering places.

Thanks to Tri Counties Bank, every dollar you donate through Big Day of Giving does double the work!

Oak Park, let’s have some fun!

Join us for the Oak Park Art Garden Community Mural Paint Day! We'll be laying down the first layer of the mural and celebrating the beginning of construction all at once!

No art skills needed. Just show up ready to paint, have a good time, and be part of the day!

We’ll have a DJ, other art activities, and lunch for all registered volunteers.

This is just the first of many fun volunteer opportunies during construction! We have more painting, planting, and activities in store.

Come spend the day in community with us!
