October is around the corner and Sharing Parents October Memorial Committee is planning a beautiful event. We hope that you all join us and honor the lives of the babies that we hold in our hearts.

Hello Sharing Parents Community,
Please see our August meeting schedule. All meetings take place online on Sunday evening from 6pm-8pm via Zoom.

Sharing Parents offers grief support meetings for parents who have experienced the loss of a baby during pregnancy or early infancy no matter how long ago. This is a safe space for parents to share their experiences and talk about their babies in an environment without fear of criticism or judgement.

Our Subsequent Pregnancy meetings are offered for families who are currently pregnant or considering getting pregnant again following their loss. This is an opportunity to connect with other parents on a similar journey, we invite you to join us.

Bereaved Mother’s Day falls on the first Sunday in May, and honors Mothers who hold their children in their hearts instead of their arms. It is intended to provide a space for grieving mothers to express their loss in any way they may need. This day can be a celebration of mothers as well as a remembrance of loss.

If you know a mother who has lost a child, one way you can offer support is by continuing to say her child's name. Often when someone dies, people stop saying their name around the grieving family. Experts agree that many families want to hear the child’s name out loud.
