Marshall-New Era Neighborhood Association Midtown Sacramento is a great place to live and Marshall-New Era is one of those wonderful neighborhoods. Located in the Northeast quadrant of Midtown.

The mission of association is to enhance the livability of the Marshall-New Era Park area by establishing and maintaining an open line of communication and liaison between the neighborhood, government agencies and other Midtown neighborhood association. The MNENA Board meets monthly for about 1 1/2 hours. We have presentations by various government representatives at each meeting to inform our members. We discuss issues relating to housing, beautification projects and more.

Consider nominating yourself, or someone else, for the 2026 Board of Directors. Tenants and Homeowners are encouraged to participate. The only requirement is to be a member of MNENA.

2026 MNENA Board Nominations

Would you like to help shape your local neighborhood association? Or maybe you know someone who would be a good fit?

The MNENA Board meets monthly for about 1 1/2 hours. We have presentations by the City Police and other government representatives at the meeting to inform our members. We discuss issues relating to housing, beautification projects and more.

Consider nominating yourself, or someone else, for the 2026 Board of Directors. Tenants and Homeowners are encouraged to participate. The only requirement is to be a member of MNENA (see below).

Renew (or Join) MNENA

Itโ€™s time to renew your membership for 2026. Being a paid member of MNENA allows you to be part of our Community Garden (when space is available) and allows you to vote on issues that come up during the year. We will be voting on our new Board on January 19, 2026.

New members should complete the membership application. Renewing members do not need to complete the application unless their contact info has changed. Renewing members can go directly to the payment options.Individual or household dues are $ 20 per year, and Business Memberships are $ 35 per year.
