Dear USC Alumni and Friends of Sacramento,
We are working closely with the USC Alumni Association to fulfill its mission of engaging alumni lifelong and worldwide and are transitioning from our Alumni Clubs and Chapters model to more a broad-based volunteer model that will allow more alumni to easily get involved with the University while connecting with Trojans locally.
While change is not always easy, the new opportunity to align the alumni experience with the direction of the University and the promise of the Trojan Family, is vital to sustaining our rapid growth and deepening our impact for the next generation of Trojans.
With this new direction we will discontinue using the email list service on June 30, and encourage you all to stay connected with fellow Trojans and Alumni Near You by:
- Updating your profile in Fight Online
- Volunteering for or hosting a Trojan Family gathering e.g. Alumni Day of SCervice, Welcome ReSCeption, etc
- Creating an Alumni Meet-Up e.g. a local hike, Night at the Museum, networking mixer, etc
We also encourage you to continue following our Facebook Group page to post, comment, like and share more local news, events and announcements here.
The Sacramento group can also be found by searching the group tab on the USC Alumni Association FB page.
We look forward to seeing you over the next year, either virtually or in-person, and thank you for being a valued member of the Trojan Family.
Fight On!
