You made the team. You got into the school. You earned the opportunity.
But who gave you the ability in the first place?
This message is a powerful reminder that every gift comes from God.

Today, our church family gathered for Worship Together Sunday — one combined service filled with worship, prayer, Scripture, the preaching of God’s Word, and the joy of celebrating new life in Christ through baptism together.

Pastor Dave shared from Acts 9:32–43, “And They Turned to the Lord,” reminding us that God’s grace restores, renews, and points people to Jesus.

What looks like a small step of faith may be part of God’s giant leap forward.
Acts reminds us that the gospel does not stand still. It crosses borders, breaks barriers, heals lives, and reveals the power of the risen Christ.

In Acts 9, the miracles of Aeneas and Tabitha were more than moments of compassion. They were signs that Jesus was still working, still restoring, and still advancing His kingdom.
And He still is.

In a world full of chaos and uncertainty, we can trust this:
God’s purposes are still taking shape.

Behind every ministry moment is someone quietly saying yes. ❤️

This week, we’re taking you behind the ministry with one of our long time volunteer, Tanya Hoffman—and sharing the heart behind one of Fremont’s most joyful ways of serving families: Vacation Bible School.

VBS is here again and we can’t wait to welcome kids into a week of faith, fun, friendship, worship, and unforgettable memories centered on God’s love.

From the Word, to the Table, to fellowship — Christ met us today.

This Sunday at Fremont, we were reminded that the church does not flourish because everything is easy. The church flourishes because Christ is faithful, even through suffering, opposition, and uncertainty.

As we heard from God’s Word, no enemy can cut short the witness God intends for His people to hear. And as we came to the communion table, we remembered the love of Jesus — His body given, His blood poured out, and the peace we have because of Him.

What a gift to worship together, receive communion together, and share the warmth of fellowship as one Fremont family.
May we walk this week “in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit,” anchored in God’s peace and grounded in His assurance.

Come worship with us next Sunday.

Faithfulness like this is worth celebrating. 🙌
For 49 years, Cathy O'Connell Cole has poured her heart into Fremont Presbyterian Church—serving quietly, faithfully, and joyfully behind the scenes.

Today, we paused to say thank you and celebrate the incredible impact of a life devoted to serving Christ and His church. 💛

No circumstance is greater than Christ.

Today, we gathered for Classic Service and Communion Sunday, remembering that our hope is not built on everything going our way. Our hope is built on Jesus — His cross, His resurrection, and His faithful presence with His church.
