Provide access, training, and performance opportunities for ethnically underserved community and professional artists and youth, and develop a cross-cultural audience to facilitate inclusion in the arts.

6. Develop and maintain a professional African-American based culturally diverse theater company.
7. Develop and implement a youth performing arts training program (Legacy Youth Project) whereby, under-served, disadvantaged and at-risk youth will be trained in the performing and technical aspects of theater arts, music, creative writing and dance.

Develop/ implement a "New Works” component giving voice to new playwrights and composers, and their creations, thereby, allowing them an opportunity to develop their skills and providing an arena where they may have their work critiqued and produced. To create and maintain a culturally diverse, African-American based professional theater company. To create a school of the arts that is diverse, inclusive and provides artistic performing arts training that is designed to serve communities of color and those that are disadvantaged and under-served. To create and establish Images Theatre Company as nationally renowned arena for new works that will give a steady and continuous voice to underserved artists of color.
