Our Not Just For Runners Health Fair and 5K/1-Mile Walk, Run & Roll, along with our Empowered Health Series, provide communities with the access, information and resources they need to make informed, quality decisions about their health. Your donation will help us offer community health events and workshops that empower healthy living, bolster mental and physical health and offer safe, inclusive outdoor experiences, particularly for communities that have been historically marginalized.

This FREE event brings together experts from the Sacramento Police Department, Olivia Chan Foundation, and Sierra Community Medical Foundation to discuss crucial topics like su***de prevention, grief counseling, and mental health support.
