Results announced for Local 1000 Leadership Elections

The votes have been counted, and Anica Walls has been elected as the President of Local 1000. David Jimenez has been elected as Vice President/Secretary-Treasurer.

Members also cast votes for District Labor Council officers, District Bargaining Unit Representatives, and Classification Bargaining Unit Representatives.

New leaders will be sworn in on June 30 and will serve for a term of three years.
