🏛️EDRS Update: This week, CFDA leadership took our efforts to reform and modernize California’s EDRS directly to the State Capitol, advocating for common sense solutions that relieve burdens on funeral professionals, deliver more timely services to grieving families, and bring California in line with states across the country that have already embraced modern EDRS technology. This is just the start of our advocacy efforts in the Capitol and across the state to move our sponsored legislation, AB 2382, authored by Asm. Joe Patterson, across the finish line.
