V-Day Sacramento A local grassroots movement to end violence against all women, girls, transgender, gender non-conforming and fluid identified people.

V-Day Sacramento is a local grassroots movement to end violence against all women, girls, transgender, gender non-conforming and fluid identified people, bringing attention to the issues of sexual harassment, assault, domestic violence, r**e, in**st, and trafficking. An entirely volunteer-run organization, V-Day promotes creative events to raise awareness and funds for anti-violence organizations

in the Sacramento area. Using the power of art and activism,100% of the funds raised are donated to local nonprofits that provide critical resources and services to survivors of violence. For more information and to find out how to get involved, visit www.vdaysacramento.org.

Back in April, we presented RTV23 “Our Stories: Healing Together”— a culmination of dance, music, poetry and art; illuminating the healing journey.

Join us for a fundraising event that welcomes back 5 of our artists from RTV23 AND YOU, the community, to share your stories at an open mic night full of love, laughter, tears and community.
