Meet Christopher Castadio, REBC®, your chapter Treasurer. Chris is a Benefits Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services with over five years of experience helping employers design benefits strategies that align business goals with employee needs.

He holds a B.S. in Business from CSU Channel Islands and is pursuing an MBA in Financial Planning at California Lutheran University. Licensed in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty insurance, Chris also holds the REBC® designation.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife Tracy, their sons Owen and Brady, and their cat Sally.

California has more mandatory leaves of absence than any other state. To maintain business operations and avoid costly litigation, employers must understand when a leave is available to an employee, what rights must be provided to the employee, and what employee obligations can be enforced. In this informative seminar, employment law attorney Karen L. Gabler of LightGabler will discuss California's mandatory leaves of absence. Topics will include the following:
