Want to help shape one of California’s premier energy leadership events?

California Women in Energy is forming the planning committee for its Annual Forum — Women EmPOWERed — and is looking for volunteers to help build a program focused on energy policy, technical knowledge and professional development.

It’s a low time commitment with a high return: monthly hybrid meetings based in Sacramento, a chance to contribute to programming that matters, and a great opportunity to connect with leading women across the California energy sector.

Forum is in December. Kick-off meeting is in July. Email [email protected] to get on the list!

What an incredible afternoon!✨ Earlier this month, our Power Players Luncheon brought together CA WiE members for an inspiring conversation with Laura Lewis, General Counsel of SMUD.

Laura shared her remarkable career journey in energy law and offered her perspective on what’s ahead for the industry, from the evolving regulatory landscape to SMUD’s vision for a cleaner grid. The room was full of engaged, driven women asking sharp questions and making meaningful connections.
