The Sacramento Housing Alliance would like to congratulate the California Coalition for Rural Housing - CCRH interns as part of this year's graduating class.

Over the past year, these students have worked alongside affordable housing developers, gaining hands-on experience advancing real-world projects that address critical housing needs. As a capstone, they presented their developments before a mock council, making compelling cases for local funding to bring these communities to life.

SHA was honored to participate in the panel and witness the passion, skill, and dedication of these future leaders.

We celebrate both the interns and CCRH for graduating another class of emerging affordable housing developers committed to creating stronger, more equitable communities.
