Clinical Lessons That Stay With You

Carbon monoxide poisoning can present complex challenges in recognition, diagnosis, treatment, and understanding the effects of exposure.

At the 2026 CSRC NorCal Conference at South Lake Tahoe, Katie Sabato, MS, RRT, NPS, FAARC, will bring a personal and clinical perspective to “Carbon Monoxide Poisoning: Personal Experience and Clinical Insights.”

The session will address the immediate and long-term effects of carbon monoxide exposure, challenges associated with diagnosis and treatment, and insights informed by Katie's own experience with carbon monoxide exposure.
