For those of you who haven't heard, there's an amazing opportunity to display your work at Arthur Murray Dance Centers in Folsom. This is a great chance to get your work out in the community of Folsom. All the information is listed here in the flyer. Today is the day! Sharada at E Street Gallery closes today at 6pm. We will have a closing reception from 3-6pm, with awards at 5.30. Utrecht has kindly supplied several awards for Best in Show, Best 2D, Best 3D, and a few Honorable Mentions.

Please be there to pick up your work after the awards! Any work left will be forfeit, and we will not be taking it home for you.

3-6pm, 1115 E Street, awards at 5.30. See you there!

Quick fix to the last post: The closing reception is from 3-6pm, NOT 6-9pm. Sorry for the mix up everyone, if you show up after 6pm we will be closed! Oops. Thank you for bringing this to our attention folks.

Thank you everyone who came out to see the Artist lectures and live music tonight, we had an awesome turn out! There's only one more chance to see the show if you haven't made it out yet --

Next Sunday, November 24th, will be the closing ceremony and awards reception. Please come and see if your pieces received an award! 6-9pm, 1115 E street.

For artists with work in the show: After the awards and a bit of mingling, you will be taking your work home. PLEASE take your work after the night is over, the club will not be responsible for the pieces that are left on the walls. Thank you!

Happy Saturday everyone! Quick reminder- if you haven't seen the student show at E Street Gallery yet, tonight we will be open from 5-8pm. There will be live music from local musicians called Unified Polarities, and interviews with some of the artists - Penny Hanscom, Zach Winn, Zak Kwiker, and Jordan Siangco. Come check it out!

Good evening everyone! Sharada opens to the public in less than an hour. Come in and see all of the wonderful artwork by the students at American River college! 1115 E Street in downtown Sacramento, just off of 12th street and E. Be there or be square!

Quick addendum to the upcoming submissions at E Street which is THIS WEEKEND -- In case you forgot --

In light of the growing interest in submissions, we have decided to open up the guidelines.

The new rundown goes like this :

3 pieces maximum can be entered, $5 flat entry fee.
If you have already submitted for Danielle's Creperie, you can also enter for E Street, and the fee is waived for you.
The size limitation now requires that it be able to fit through the door. If it can fit through the door, we can put it in the show.
Pieces must still be ready to hang, but we will also accept unframed works on paper.

To put to rest any confusion, we are accepting ALL kinds of media.(photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, jewelry, assemblage, etc.) and there is no theme.

Put your work in the show! This is a great (also very CHEAP) opportunity for you to show some of your great art work in Sacramento.

Come see us this weekend to submit - E Street Gallery, 1115 E Street in downtown Sacramento - Friday from 9am-7pm and Saturday from 9am-12pm.
