Sacramento Safari Club

Sacramento Safari Club First For Hunters: Our chapter was founded in 1978 by a group of hunters who became concerned with the future of hunting in California. We welcome new hunters!

We support conservation programs, youth hunting, elected officials that support conservation.

This year’s Ernie Dosio Lobster Boil is more than just a great evening—it’s a tribute to Ernie Dosio, one of Sacramento Safari Club’s greatest supporters. ❤️

Ernie was deeply loved and will be missed by so many. He proudly supported Sacramento Safari Club and everything SSC stood for. He purchased tickets to every event he could, supported the club’s efforts, and generously allowed SSC to use his game room to host previous events over the years. His generosity, passion, and dedication to the club and its mission meant so much to all of us.

We’re honored to carry on this special event in Ernie’s name and continue the tradition he supported so wholeheartedly. It’s a wonderful opportunity for family, friends, and the community to come together while keeping Ernie’s memory and legacy alive.

Last night's fundraiser was awesome! We are so grateful for your support and appreciate everyone who contributed to our cause. We appreciate all of our sponsors and vendors who helped make the night possible.

Special thanks to all SSC board members and directors for the volunteer hours it took to put this event together. Your efforts mean so much to our chapter.

We also want to welcome our new members who joined our Chapter last night. We can't wait to get to know you.

Cheers to a fantastic event and looking forward to the next!
