Seriously negligent on the part of the FDA. They are essentially saying that because the actual time or source of contamination cant be traced back to packaging, it means that there is no threat. That is the most ignorant assumption to make!!!! They are known to allow humans to consume carcinogenic or other harmful chemicals in particular quantities that are "safe" yet overwhelming statistics on U.S. obesity, cancer, and diabetes (inflammatory disease) rates continue to kill Americans. Do not let the FDA dictate safety with their appalling track record. Keep yourselves safe!

The agency said in new consumer guidance on Thursday that 'there is no evidence of food packaging being associated with the transmission of COVID-19.'
