The annual neighborhood meeting hosted by SLPNA will be on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Location: Belle Cooledge Library (meeting room)
Time: 6:30 pm

Residents will hear from elected officials and the Police Department.

Due to the number of presenters and the limited time, all questions should be submitted in advance. If you wish to pose questions to the Mayor, state legislators, police, or Councilmember Jennings, please email them in advance to:
[email protected] (deadline is Monday, March 2 at 5 pm)
We may combine or edit questions for efficiency.

In Loving Memory of Sergio Barrios-Roman 🕊️

Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to Sergio, the heart behind River City Bakery, Bean Heads, Fluid Espresso Bar, Barrio, and Venus Taproom.

Sergio was a pillar of our community, but above all, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. After a brave battle with cancer since 2019, he is now at peace.

We’ve started a GoFundMe to support his family with expenses and honor the legacy of kindness he leaves behind. If Sergio ever made you feel welcome or shared a kind word, please consider donating or sharing.
