Both players have 4.0 gpa’s and recently received Honor Roll.

Circle of Winners…

Big Congrats to our U-11 (Mendonsa/Sutter) group for winning the .ncs March Mayhem tournament going 4-0 on the weekend. This group really played stellar baseball all weekend long. Enjoy it young men, definitely EARNED IT!!!

And…

Congrats to our U-12 (Johnson) group for playing 5 games and losing a heartbreaker in the ship 6-5. This group along with the 11’s is starting to see their potential and overall “Buy In” to the process.

We celebrate the positives. Enjoy this moment. But remember…

Circle of Winners 🏆…

Big Congratulations to our U-14 (Oxley/Bowens) group for winning this weekend’s Off The Wall .ncs tournament. The boys went 3-1 & captured their first title of the season.

Phenomenal job fellas!

Also Congrats to our U-13 (Smith) group for finishing in 2nd Place (Gold Bracket) going 3-1 on the weekend. Both middle school groups are definitely off to amazing starts.

Just remember to Keep Stacking those days, Tuesday it’s back to work.

We would like to congratulate class of 2026 (MIF/RHP) Ramiro Montes on his verbal Commitment to further his education & baseball career .baseball

Miro,

I told you when you were 9 to stick to the script and it will all work itself out. We as a staff couldn’t be more PROUD OF YOU KID. Your future is bright, go out there & always Play at your BEST SPEED!

This commitment means a lot to me because I grew up with Jose (Miro’s pops) he was a Sr. When I was a freshman @ Florin HS and as the baby on a very good varsity team he along with Coaches in our program:

Tony, Scottie, Marvin, Darryl and others treated me as their equals not like I was beneath them.

The Legacy we have now cemented from just being some South Sac boys runs deep.

Kudos to mom (Cathy) for trusting my staff and I all these years. Joser what an amazing circle of life this truly has been. You’ve been one of the best teammates I have ever had & now your son is keeping your legacy intact. Man what an accomplishment, be proud and take it all in, this kids ready to go make an impact.

Huge Congratulations to BSB ‘26 Middle Infielder Jayden “Boogie” McNeal on his commitment to play D1 baseball for UC Riverside.

We are so proud of you kid!!! Your dedication and determination to “TRUST THE PROCESS” young man has truly paid dividends.

I love you kid, as this one is very special for me. Your dad better known in our organization as Coach Tony, has been one of my closest friends since childhood. Watching you grow into not just a helluva ball player but an amazing HUMAN BEING with Character (Our 4th C) has been a true joy to watch.

Now the hard work begins, so soak it all in but we got work to do!

To Tony & Leigh,

Thank you for believing in this program and in me. Tony your leadership when I first got to Florin High in ‘95 has always been such an instrumental part in my personal and professional development journey. You showed what it meant to lead. Selfless and caring, but determined to be great.

This journey has had its ups and downs but you both never wavered even when situations seemed bleak. I know we are not blood but our bond plus friendship has made the McNeal’s x Smith’s = Family!

Congratulations again Boogie you definitely are BRED!

As we embark into our 16th year as being Sacramento’s #1 Baseball Academy! Our staff is again excited to announce our College Development Teams for the 2026 Summer/Fall season.

As the landscape of College baseball changes almost weekly, being with a proven staff and organization that knows the ins and outs of not wasting Time/Money/Resources to get you to the next level.

We have always been a very organic program that builds from within for our older teams. Overall BSB has helped 180 plus players get to the 2/4 year college level with a total of 7 total draft picks since 2015.

Our summer/fall program consists of weekday game play, Team Camps and a host of exposure high level tournament events that put our players in front of every level of college universities around the country.

Congrats to our UnderClass Elite (Compromised team of our ‘28 & ‘29 players) for winning the Game Time tournament is grand fashion. The squad went 4-0 on the weekend only allowing 4 total runs, throwing a no hitter & scoring 28 runs on thru the 4 games.

Congratulations players & staff! Enjoy the Win & Now it’s back to work Monday fellas!
