13 years ago TODAY! June 26, 2025, "Big Jim" O'brien and "Mighty Mike" Russo fend off the NYPD in their efforts to shut down the Fathers-4-Justice campaign for Equal Parenting Rights in New York City.

Fathers-4-Justice was protesting the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges(NCJFCJ) conference in New York City, where the judges were gathering to discuss their plans to further alienate our Children from their Fathers, Mothers, and Grandparents.

Fathers-4-Justice has protested 6-7 of these annual conferences over the years, but... It's time that we again campaign against these judges at the NCJFCJ conference. Are "YOU" ready and willing to stand up for our children and their rights? If so, speak up and let's get this scheduled!

13 YEARS AGO TODAY! The legendary "Leisha Unleashed" together with dozens of F4J members at the Fathers4Justice Equal Parenting Rights protest in New York City.

The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges(NCJFCJ) conference, with as many as 650 family court judges, conferring as to how they may continue to legitimize the abuse of our children.
It is imperative that we continue to demand EQUAL PARENTING RIGHTS as being in the true Best Interest Of The Children(BIOTC).

It's been 3 years since Johnny Depp filed suit against Amber Heard for her Defamation of character via False allegations of abuse.

Johnny is now speaking up, stating the lawsuit was necessary. "If I don't try to represent the truth, it will be like I've actually committed the acts I am accused of. And my kids will have to live with it."

Johnny summed things up with, "I knew none of this was going to be easy, but I didn't care. I thought, 'I'll fight until the bitter f------ end.' And if I end up pumping gas? That's all right. I've done that before."

False allegations of abuse, does that sound familiar to you? It certainly does to me. In fact, I watched that entire trial. Amber Heard and her false allegations sounded too much like my ex and her false allegations. THAT is why I am here today, every day, representing the truth for all too many who have been falsely accused. Striving for reform to the corruption of our family courts, and most importantly, our children's right to share equally in the lives of both parents.

Child Support laws are changing!!! Kansas State announced today that they are planning to start collecting the "Daddy Tax" at conception! Turns out this plan is in the works nationwide! Georgia was actually the first State to institute this program. Kentucky, Alabama and Georgia have followed suit! But wait! There's more!

There is a Federal Bill in the works! Senate Bill 4512 recognized as the "Unborn Child Support Act" requires states to apply child support obligations to the time period during pregnancy. This requirement is applicable retroactively based on a court order at the request of the pregnant parent and a determination by a physician of the month during which the child was conceived.

Driver's license suspensions are becoming commonplace around the country. I have been reading about fathers fighting back in Texas, California, Maryland, and elsewhere. We have also discussed other options.

A man in Prince George’s County, Maryland, says a common traffic stop turned into his car being impounded and his driver’s license being wrongly suspended over child support payments. Now, he’s suing the state.

Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA, are volunteers appointed by the courts to assist in what is supposed to be the Best Interest Of The Children(BIOTC). Courts everywhere are pretty much always looking for persons who are willing to undergo training and then advocate for our children.

This particular request for CASA volunteers is in Delaware. I have met and worked with CASA volunteers, and their stories of corruption and child abuse are numerous.

If you have the time and the will to find out what is really going on behind that iron curtain, CASA may be a good opportunity to learn what is really going on and then campaign for a change as a CASA representative appointed by the court!
