PROTECT PATIENTS AND COMMUNITY CLINICS. VOTE NO ON PROPOSITION 44. 🗳️

Community clinics are a health-care lifeline for Black, Latino, Native, AAPI, immigrant, rural, uninsured and low-income Californians. Proposition 44's rigid spending rule and penalties could force clinics to cut services or close. Protect patients and access to care. Vote NO.

DO NOT LET ONE-THIRD OVERRULE THE MAJORITY. VOTE NO ON PROPOSITION 43.🗳️

Proposition 43 replaces majority rule with a two-thirds requirement for voter-proposed local special taxes. Just over one-third of voters could block funding for housing, clinics, transit, emergency response and other local priorities. Protect local democracy. Vote NO.

Proposition 40's one-time billionaire wealth tax offers temporary, unpredictable funding. The Legislative Analyst says it could reduce ongoing income-tax revenue, while our communities need durable support for health care, education and food assistance. Vote NO on 40; YES on 41 and 42.

VOTING RIGHTS ARE CIVIL RIGHTS. VOTE NO ON PROPOSITION 39. 🗳️

California already verifies identity at registration and checks vote-by-mail signatures. Proposition 39 adds new ID requirements every time a person votes, creating more ways eligible voters can be delayed or rejected. Black voters and other historically excluded communities cannot afford new barriers.
