With the change from a live event to a virtual experience, we understand not everyone feels confident about what to expect. Don't worry - we have you covered! Once you register online for the IAIP Virtual Convention, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt. About a week before the event begins, you will receive additional emails with detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to join, how to make the most of your Convention 2.0 experience, and tips and tricks to help you prepare. So you have nothing to fear except missing the opportunity!

Show your appreciation to our exhibitors, as they join with us in the effort to bring premium education and networking opportunities to our members.

In a virtual environment, sponsors and exhibitors' ability to network with members will be different than at a live event. To address this, we've introduced the new Digital Business Card, which is the electronic equivalent of visiting each exhibitor in the exhibit hall and giving them your business card. It's simple to do - just opt into sharing your digital business card when you register for the convention, and then check the box next to each company that can receive it. Already registered? You can simply edit your registration to participate.

Connect with our sponsors every opportunity you have. Thank them for their support. Even if you have no business to offer them, one important goal they have in supporting IAIP is to expand their network. Providing your contact information and agreeing to speak with them gives them justification to continue their support. And remember, you can still introduce them to others and refer them to people who can give them business.

A few of our members participated in 5K Run Your Gourd Off Race on Sunday, September 22nd to Benefit The Child Abuse Prevention Center. The race took place at Bishops Pumpkin Farm. Thanks Kelly Reese and Sandy Joslin for representing IPS.

Installation of the 2019/2020 IPS board. We had a lovely dinner, Installation of the officers and board members. Then we discussed what exciting plans we have for the upcoming year including expanding our membership.
