The Center For Multicultural Cooperation

The Center For Multicultural Cooperation Youth leadership + local communities + media as a tool for social change = increased access to positive health, economic and educational outcomes

With offices in Fresno and Sacramento, and hundreds of young people involved in the San Joaquin Valley and the greater Sacramento Metropolitan Region, CMC is currently expanding state partnerships to work with young people throughout the state of California. CMC convenes youth and community partners to participate in public policy, and advocate for better economic, educational, and health outcomes

. Through the use of new media and technology tools, our young people produce and distribute knowledge as a tool for social change -- creating new, competing narratives that challenge the paradigms that reinforce inequities. We specialize in designing and executing new, entrepreneurial ways to bring together youth and community assets in a way in which the sum is greater than the individual parts. CMC is excited for new changes to better serve our community. We have made two new location changes in both Fresno and Sacramento. Our Fresno office is now in one of the coolest places to work - Bitwise Industries. Our staff now have the perfect space with world-class amenities that inspires creativity, collaboration, and provides exposure to tech companies operating in Fresno. Our new address is: 700 Van Ness Ave, Fresno, CA 93721

Our Sacramento office is now located with Fruit Ridge Community Collaborative (FRCC). FRCC is a non-profit management organization which oversees and assists with the growth and support of 22 community non-profit-partner tenants, their programs and services. The collective of tenant organizations work to reduce health disparities across a broad range of community issue areas for children, adult-age youth and seniors, addressing environmental and social determinants of health, youth development and juvenile justice, arts and culture, access to health services, education, and employment. Sacramento staff are excited to be part of this grassroots efforts and looks forward to continuing our programs and services throughout the sacramento and surrounding areas. Our new address is: 4625 44th Street, #33 Sacramento, CA 95820
