Venturing Crew 380 Crew 380 is a co-ed Venturing crew within the Golden Empire Council located in Sacramento, CA.

Crew 380 has been an active Venturing crew in the Golden Empire Council since its inception in 2007. Many Venturers from Crew 380, both past and present, have distinguished themselves in Scouting by the recognition that they have earned through advancement and by serving in elected officer positions at the Crew, Council, Area, and Regional levels. While Crew 380 is a social unit with a clear focus

on planning and hosting fun events that aim to promote fellowship both within and beyond the crew, we are also a group that is driven to develop and grow in our outdoor skills, leadership abilities, and service to others through the completion of advancement. Overall, the objective of our crew is to be able to attain the four goals of Venturing: experience, development, leadership, and growth.
