Have been in foster care and currently attend or plan to attend a postsecondary institution in Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, or Yolo County; or

Have been in foster care in Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, or Yolo County and currently attend or plan to attend a postsecondary institution.

Graduate Students pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. Degree ARE eligible (:
