At a time when immigrant communities face growing threats from federal immigration enforcement, California must do more than claim to be pro-immigrant. It must act.

LCHC remains committed to working in partnership until our state provides the protections our communities deserve.

ICYMI: Check out the 2026 Health, Wealth, and Dignity Agenda 📒

This agenda is a shared vision for a California where health is treated as a human right, economic security creates pathways to mobility and ownership, and dignity is reflected in our laws, policies, and everyday lives.

LCHC is proud to be part of the Ad Hoc Latino Leaders Group, joining more than 48 Latino leaders across the state in shaping this agenda.

We are also proud to have led the agenda’s Health pillar. Through a series of discussions and structured working groups, we moved from expansive vision-setting to bold, actionable health policy proposals.
