Operation iDream is Africa’s advocate to create the conditions for growth and development.

Operation iDream offers children and young people in Zambia, Africa a system of support that include talent assessment, advanced education based on individual gifting, and an integrated understanding of the global market so that they can compete and move towards economic independence.Unlike many non-profit organizations in Africa who help children survive the devastating effects of poverty, sickne

ss and missing parents, Operation iDream goes beyond this initial approach to bring development and ultimately sustainability to Zambia, a country that still relies heavily upon international help in order to survive.

What a blessed day at Operation iDream! 🙏✨

Today we had the privilege of hosting a special gathering of pastors right here on our campus — and the Word of God went forth with power and clarity.

Brother Jake Troyer from Tennessee, USA, stirred our hearts with a timely message — “We are the feet and hands of Jesus.” A simple truth, yet so profound for a community of believers who are called to live it out every single day. Thank you, Brother Jake!

And Brother Martin Horst brought such a needed word of encouragement to our pastors — a call to keep serving in spite of the difficulties. In a region where ministry is not always easy, those words landed deep. Thank you, Brother Martin, for seeing our pastors and speaking life into them.

This is what Operation iDream is all about — the Word of God fueling the work of God.

Ready. Set. COFFEE TIME at iDream!
The ground is being tilled and prepared — and we could not be more excited! Right here on our 39-acre campus in Zambia, the soil is being readied to receive 16,000 trees of coffee. Sixteen thousand.
Every row of earth being turned is a declaration of faith — that what we plant today will sustain the children, the school, the clinic, and the mission for generations to come. This is more than a farm. This is a future being built one seedling at a time.

The most precious gift you can give someone is introducing them to the life-changing love of Jesus. iDream students and staff were blessed by visitors from Gideon Bibles who generously donated Bibles to iDream school, teaching children the ways of the Lord. His truth is forever marching forward.

At iDream, our vision is growing — and so are our needs. We are actively looking for a tractor to help us keep pace with the work ahead. If you know of anyone who has a tractor available — please do pass the word along and connect us. A tractor in our hands truly would be a game changer for what we are building on the ground - a 40-foot container will soon set sail to Zambia, and we would be more than happy to load a tractor right along with it! The timing could not be better — this is a real and practical opportunity to get equipment where it is needed most.
