The Soul of Sacramento is bringing you the lineup. The 2026 California State Fair concert series is stacked, and the legends are coming to Cal Expo.

Here's what you need to know before you buy. Tickets to these shows are only verified when purchased directly through the California State Fair. Third-party sites can charge more and the Fair cannot guarantee those tickets. Buy direct, pay the real price, protect your seat.

Concerts are free with Fair admission. Want a reserved seat up close? Those are available too. Free first-come seating opens at the back of the stage at 5 PM, limited to the first 700 guests.

WHAT A DAY. 🎶 WERE YOU THERE?

The Old Sugar Mill R&B Music Festival brought the soul, the funk, and the feel-good grooves to Clarksburg, and 97.5 FM KDEE, the Soul of Sacramento™, was right there in the middle of it all.

This view? Straight from the stage looking out at YOU. The heat was no match for this crowd. We saw umbrellas up, plates full from the food trucks, and dancing that did not stop all day long. That is what community looks like.

Major love to the artists who gave us everything on that stage: CAMEO, Confunkshun USA 4REAL, Club Nouveau, Shawn Raiford, Joe Leavy, The Sugar High Band, and Lucky Witherspoon. Generations of hits, classics, and sing-along moments we will be talking about for a long time.
