Take a look at Sacramento Trades Day 2026! 🏗️

At least 1,300 students attended Thursday's event at Cal Expo, with additional school counts still coming in. They got to try tools, explore equipment, take part in demonstrations and ask construction professionals about their work.

Thank you to Presenting Sponsor, North Coast States Carpenters Union; Cornerstone Sponsors Associated Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors and Pacific Coast Building Products; and Gold Sponsors XL Construction, Swinerton and Kaiser Permanente.

To the exhibitors, teachers, volunteers and other sponsors who spent their morning introducing students to the trades: thank you.

📸 Here are a few moments from the day.
