Seeking individuals with developmental disabilities to test a new system called the PAVE Services Outcome System from the California Community Living Network! This system is meant to promote improvement in the quality-of-life outcomes experienced by people with developmental disabilities and their families across California. If you are 18 years of age or older, receive Supported Living, Independent Living, In-Home Respite, and/or Supported Employment services, your feedback is needed. 🎉 We’re excited to finally share this partnership!

IHSS Connect is proud to be working with Alta California Regional Center(ACRC) to help more families, individuals, and caregivers connect with the support they need.

We especially want to recognize ACRC’s Language Access and Cultural Competency (LACC) team, who have been a driving force behind this partnership and many of the improvements that have come from it.

Their support gave us the opportunity to take a hard look at IHSS Connect and ask: How can we make this platform more accessible, more inclusive, and more useful to the communities we serve?

That work became the catalyst for some of our biggest improvements yet—including making IHSS Connect available in 12 languages, improving the experience for caregivers and recipients, expanding our free resource library, and continuing to build new tools and resources for the community. And we’re still building.

At the heart of this partnership is a simple shared goal: make useful support easier to find and easier to access.

A special thank you to the Language Access and Cultural Competency (LACC) team and everyone at ACRC who helped make this possible. Their support is helping us build a better IHSS Connect for the ACRC community—and ultimately for families and caregivers throughout California.
