Juneteenth marks the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and serves as a powerful reminder of the progress that has been made—and the work that continues to create a more just and inclusive future for all. As we celebrate Black history, culture, achievements, and contributions, we also reflect on the values of courage, community, and leadership that inspire positive change.

In observance of Juneteenth, all offices will be closed on Friday, June 19, and will reopen on Monday, June 22. Both the Sacramento and Modesto gsShop will resume regular business hours on Saturday, June 20.
