But very few know the woman who helped build it.

In the 1800s, Emily Warren Roebling stepped in when the chief engineer—her husband—became too ill to continue.

She didn’t step back… she stepped UP.

Emily taught herself advanced engineering, managed construction teams, communicated with architects, and helped lead one of the most iconic infrastructure projects in history.

When the bridge was completed in 1883,
She was the first person to cross it.

STAGE 1: READINESS (Weeks 1-2)
You'll learn what to expect, meet your case manager, and get oriented to the program. We remove barriers—gas cards, meals, support—so you can focus on your future.

STAGE 2: TRAINING (Weeks 3-8)
You'll earn industry-recognized certifications:
• Traffic Control
• CPR & First Aid
• Forklift & Scissor Lift Operation
• OSHA 30 & 40
• Blueprint Reading & Safety

Plus life skills that matter: accountability, communication, professionalism, financial stability.

STAGE 3: APPRENTICESHIP (Weeks 9-10 + Beyond)
You'll transition into union apprenticeships with our employer partners. Real jobs. Real wages. Real support.

STAGE 4: EMPLOYMENT & GROWTH
You're earning $28-$45/hour. Your case manager stays with you for ongoing support, mentorship, and career advancement.
