The Sacramento County Probation Department is seeking community-based organizations to join the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council (JJCC).
The JJCC brings together community partners dedicated to supporting youth through rehabilitation, skill development, treatment services, and successful reintegration while maintaining public safety.
This is an opportunity to:
• Provide input on issues impacting youth in our community
• Serve as an active voting member of the JJCC
• Help shape programs, resources, and positive outcomes for youth and families

Dear Outreach programs that received assistance in creating a page: please create a page for your organization. When I assisted in setting up social media your pages were linked to my Facebook account. Download posts you want to include on your new page. It blessed me to help create your social media presence. I wish everyone continued success.

The last 6 months have called me to bless recently housed people with hygiene items as well as food acquired through Genesis Church Sacramento Outreach collaborations.

Genesis Church Sacramento has made it possible for Blessing Sacramento Ministry to share resources with up and coming non-profit organizations focused on feeding the unhoused people of the Sacramento Area. I'm so grateful to serve our community. Hundreds are blessed weekly because of this blessing.

My 6 month commitment for donations is about to end. We bless an outreach organization with 6 month to a year commitment so that we can continue to make an impact in various communities and organizations.

Currently there are two programs on my radar but I'm undecided. My work may even have to be cut back further if my family needs me to help out with school commitments.

At this time, I'm going to pray on it and let the Lord guide me. I will keep everyone posted. For now, I continue to share Narcan, food, prayer and friendship with the underprivileged in South Sacramento. To God be the glory.
